As an actor in film, television and theatre, Sarah loves treading the board in another person’s shoes, but what she really loves is getting up on stage in her own shoes and chatting!
Warm and engaging, she regularly hosts book launch events for Fremantle Press, and MCs music and arts events. These have included The Story of Mary MacKillop (writer and presenter), Will and St George for Shakespeare400, Subiaco Arts Centre’s 60th anniversary celebrations and Agelink’s Riversea Spring Festival in Mosman Park.
She is the producer and presenter of a regular performance event called Lit Live with actors reading short fiction live on stage. Lit Live is also part of the WA festival and book launch scene, with Sarah presenting readings, interviewing authors and chairing writer sessions.
Sarah is arts editor for a local newspaper, covering the arts scene in Perth with interviews and theatre reviews.
